Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange if there is a problem with the product.

Due to the nature of this equipment, we generally do not offer refunds.
If an issue occurs, we will provide a replacement unit instead of a refund.


Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Be in original condition

  • Not be intentionally modified or damaged

  • Include proof of purchase

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement product.


Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If the product is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Not functioning properly upon first use

Please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos or videos so we can evaluate the issue.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned for refund:

  • Used equipment

  • Modified products

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Consumable components (such as nets or accessories)

Replacement may still be provided if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.


Exchanges

If you need a replacement, please contact us first.

After verification, we will provide instructions for:

  • Returning the original item (if required)

  • Receiving the replacement unit

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided.

In special situations (such as confirmed manufacturing defects that cannot be replaced), a refund may be issued at our discretion.

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
